Egg Loop
Four phases that never end. Every month we read the numbers, work out what performed and rewrite the strategy from there. The brief happens once. The strategy gets rewritten every month.
The four phases run in order: 01 Listen, 02 Strategy, 03 Production, 04 Amplify. After phase 04 the loop does not restart from 01 but from 02: the brief happens once, while the strategy is rewritten every month based on the data collected.
