Privacy policy

Only what you give us yourself by filling in the consultation form. That is:

• —Your name
• —Your company name
• —Your town or city
• —Your email address
• —Your phone number
• —The services you are interested in
• —Whether you have invested in online communication, and how much
• —What you want to achieve, in your own words

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data: nothing about health, political views, religion or anything similar. Please do not write it in the free text field.

The server that hosts the site records the connection address of whoever submits the form. It only serves to stop automated programs from sending it hundreds of times, and it is not kept.

For one reason only: to call you back and work out whether we can be useful to you. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not add you to any list.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before you send, together with steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

When you send the form, the data becomes an email that arrives in our inbox. It does not go into any database: that email is the only copy.

We keep it as long as we need to handle your request and any work that follows. If you do not become a client, we delete the email within twenty-four months. You can ask us to do it sooner at any time.

We rely on a few outside services to run the site. Each one handles data on our behalf and only for its own part:

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else, for any reason.

The law gives you rights over your data. Use them by writing to info@eggproduction.it. We reply within a month, usually much sooner.

If you think we are handling your data badly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority at garanteprivacy.it.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
